Privacy notice
Information about personal data processed when accessing this website and handling enquiries.
1. Data controller
Nagy Félix, sole trader, 1141 Budapest, Vezér utca 112–114.; registration number: 61882724. Privacy questions and data subject requests: nagyfelix@nagyfelix.com.
2. Website access and security
When serving the website, the server receives the visitor’s IP address, requested URL, request time, technical browser data and technical response information. Processing serves website delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Technical logs may be retained only as long as necessary for their purpose. Data related to a specific security event may be processed until the event and any related claims have been resolved.
3. Contact enquiries
The form prepares an email draft locally in the browser. Completing the fields does not send their contents to the website server, and the website code does not save them in browser storage. The visitor decides whether to send the email in their own email application.
For enquiries that are sent, the controller processes the name, email address, task type, preferred timing, subject, message, optional business name and any other information voluntarily supplied to respond, clarify requirements and prepare cooperation. For steps requested by an individual before entering a contract in their own name, the legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For other business correspondence, including enquiries by representatives of organisations, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries under Article 6(1)(f).
Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are retained for no more than 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless a dispute or legal obligation justifies longer retention. Where a contract is concluded, necessary data is subject to contractual and statutory retention rules. Do not send passwords or special categories of personal data in general enquiries.
4. Cookies and external content
The website’s own code does not use cookies, analytics, advertising tracking or browser storage. System fonts are used; styles, images and scripts are served with the website. External websites are accessed only when the visitor follows a link. Their own privacy information applies, as does that of email service providers.
5. Recipients and providers
The controller and providers involved as necessary in operating the website or email may access data to the extent required for their tasks. Server infrastructure is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Email passes through the sender’s and recipient’s email infrastructure.
The controller does not sell data or use it for advertising. Where required by law or to pursue legal claims, necessary data may also be disclosed to authorities or professional advisers. The website does not embed external services intended to transfer visitor data outside the European Economic Area. Email routing depends on the email providers involved.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Requests can be sent to the controller by email. A response is normally provided within one month; any permitted extension and its reasons will be communicated within that period.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9. Information on submission methods is available on the NAIH website. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority or court.
7. Providing data and automated decisions
You do not need to send an enquiry to view the website. Contact details and sufficient information to understand the question are necessary for a response. The website does not carry out profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Changes to this notice
This notice covers the service website and enquiry correspondence. If processing changes, an updated notice will be published on this page.
